Wake up early and watch the sunrise. If you are with someone, try to keep talking to a minimum. I promise this will get you off to a better start than sleeping late will.
Have a breakfast that powers you. Once you buy the ingredients it’s easy and you can make them all week long!
work takes up at least half of our waking lives. And when work gets frenetically busy the breakneck speed and stress leaks over into our personal lives and threatens our ability to unwind, to maintain healthy boundaries, and to get the rest we need in order to refresh ourselves…..

I once read an article with this title “Worthwhile things are always hard” and while I liked the article well enough, what really grabbed me was the title. Because it’s so true. It’s hugely satisfying when it’s done, so why does the doing seem so hard?
