Things That Make Me Feel Great
Getting enough sleep
Taking a time out/alone time
Adding lemon to food and water, juices
Eating salad
Reading everyday/almost everyday – going through books regularly
Long walks
A whole day at the beach with picnic, trash clean up, sea glass, reading, water play
Not drinking
Getting things done: nagging tasks, organizing, beautifying the house, de cluttering
Spending some time outside
Having quiet time with my coffee in the morning
Things that Make Me Feel Bad
Eating too much/being too full
Drinking too often
Wasting a beautiful day
Procrastinating or not doing at all something I know I should do
Not using good manners
The house being messy
Eating too many sweets and unhealthy snacks
Spending too much money or spending unwisely
Not reading or doing anything intellectual

Awesome @littlethings! I love your lists. I think it’s really valuable to look at what is under your control on these lists and if something is not directly under your control…say like someone judging you, to think about how you do ultimately have control by the way you choose to handle that situation or person.
