Here are two books I am halfway through this month and really enjoying (albeit slowly😉). Both are light and fun if you’re trying to kickstart things, take it easy, or just love non fiction like I do.

I’m reading a lovely book right now by Martha Beck called Finding Your Own North Star and I’ve just come to the section where she describes the change cycle that we all go through over and over again in our lives via whatever event serves as the catalyst for throwing us into the cycle…..
And in the manner that typically plays out between mother and grown daughter I thought, wow is she off the mark. But it sat there and it marinated and I came to have a little deeper insight on it. I realize now that there are two different kinds of perfectionism. I had not recognized that the tune I was dancing to was one of them.
