Comments: I miss my flexible body. I have stiff, office body now. One thing I loved about being flexible was how I felt when I wasn’t stretching. I just felt right in my body. This weekend I’m going to focus on stretching as much as possible. Is your body at ease? Can you do what she’s doing? Can you touch your toes with a flat back?

No I cannot. And I miss it too. I used to practice yoga almost daily, for years, and now I go about once or twice a month. Each time I’m reminded of how profoundly my body knows the poses, but also of how much flexibility I’ve lost. And I miss it! xox
I can wrap my hands around the balls of my feet, but I cannot do it with a flat back. I WILL get there eventually.
